Changes to the Company’s authorities
Acting on the basis of Clause 5 par. 1 pt. 21 and 22 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities [...] of 19 February 2009 (the Regulation), the Management Board of Energomontaż-Południe S.A. (the Issuer, the Company) announces that on 17 May 2012 changes were made to the Issuer's authorities. Mr Janusz Koszarny, who exercised the function of Member of the Supervisory Board on the Supervisory Board of the Company, resigned from this function as of 17 May 2012. At the same time, the Supervisory Board of the Issuer, acting on the basis of Article 368 par. 4 of the Commercial Companies Code and Article 17 par. 4 pt. 1 of the Statute of the Company, appointed Mr Janusz Koszarny as Vice-president of the Management Board of the Company as of 17 May 2012. The appointment was made under the current term of office of the Management Board, which lasts until 6 June 2013.
The information concerning Mr Janusz Koszarny stated in Clause 28 pt. 4-6 of the Regulation was presented in Current Report No. 16/2012 of 12 April 2012 and is up-to-date as on the day of publication of this report.
