Appointment of a managing person
Pursuant to §5 sec.1 point 22 of the order of the Ministry of Finance of 19th February 2009 on current and periodic information […], the Management Board of Energomontaż-Południe S.A. (the Company, the Issuer) informs that on 13 July 2009 the Supervisory Board of the Issuer adopted a resolution on appointment of Ms. Alina Sowa to perform the function of the Vice-President of the Management Board as of 15 July 2009. The newly-appointed person has significant knowledge and wide experience in economic and financial sector. Ms. Alina Sowa has been connected with the Issuer’s Company since February 2007, at first she was employed as the Head Accountant. For a month – September 2007 – she performed a function of the Member of the Management Board - Financial Director, and then from the beginning of October 2007 she was the Financial Director and the Company’s Proxy (from 28.05.2009 the Independent Proxy).
On 15.07.2009 Ms. Alina Sowa takes the function of the Vice-President of the Management Board - Financial Director of Energomontaż-Południe S.A.

Education: university
2009 Silesian International Business School in Katowice, a graduate of Master of Financial Science and Banking postgraduate studies
1997-1999 a graduate of Silesian University in Katowice, Faculty of Law and Administration
1992-1995 Silesian University in Katowice, extramural studies at the faculty of Business English College
Ms. Alina Sowa holds a qualification certificate of the Ministry of Finance with regards to requirements specified for persons conducting the books.
The course of the professional career of Ms. Alina Sowa was published by the Issuer in the Current Report no. 61/2007 on 28 August 2007 and it has not changed.
The above-mentioned person does not conduct business activity which is competitive to the Issuer’s and does not participate in a competitive company as a partner of a civil partnership, personal partnership or as a member of a body of a joint stock company or other competitive legal entity as a member of its body. Neither is she incorporated into the Bad Debtors List.
