Appointment of a person supervising the Issuer
The Management Board of Energomontaż-Południe S.A. (the Issuer, the Company) informs that on 15th May 2009 the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of the Issuer adopted Resolution No.20. Pursuant to this resolution Mr. Maciej Mikucki has been appointed to perform the function of the Member of the Supervisory Board.
Mr. Maciej Mikucki graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of University of Lodz and the Faculty of Finance and Banking of Poznan School of Banking. He is 32 years old. Currently he is at his attorney at law internship at District Chamber of Attorneys in Lodz — he is a trainee attorney at law at his fourth year. Starting from May 2006, he has been also performing the duties of a Receiver of Centrum Inwestycji i Finansów Sp. z o.o. in bankruptcy. Moreover, he is a member of the Supervisory Board of Amontex Przedsiębiorstwo Montażowe Sp. z o.o.
In years 2000 - 2002 Mr. Mikucki was conducting his own business activity in production and assembly of steel constructions. At that time he was also performing the function of Marketing Department Manager in Przedsiębiorstwo Montażowo - Handlowe Amontex and was a Member of the Management Board of Przedsiębiorstwo Montażowe Amontex Sp. z o.o. (2002).
Later his professional career was connected with banking: in 2002 - 2004 he worked for Bank Millenium SA in Warsaw as a Debt Collection Specialist. In 2004 - 2008 he was the Head of the Department of Restructuring and Debt Collection in Bank Gospodarki Żywnościowej SA in Warsaw.
The above-mentioned person does not conduct business activity which is competitive to the activity of the Issuer and is not a partner of a civil partnership, personal partnership or a member of a body of a joint stock company or other competitive legal entity. Mr. Mikucki is not incorporated into the Bad Debtors List.
