Order of the E. ON Anlagenservice GmbH for the realization of repair works in the RWE Niederaußem Power Plant in Germany

ON Anlagenservice GmbH whose value amounts to about EUR 3.9 million and that according to the exchange rate on the day of submitting the present report equals about PLN 18.4 million.
The board of the Energomontaż – Południe S.A. (the Issuer) informs that on 23rd February 2009 the company received an order from the German company - E. ON Anlagenservice GmbH whose value amounts to about EUR 3.9 million, and that according to the exchange rate on the day of submitting the present report equals about PLN 18.4 million. The subject matter of the order shall include the realisation of the repair works on pressure elements of boilers within block H and block F in the RWE Niederaußem Power Plant in Germany by the Issuer. The realisation time shall fall on the period between 15th May 2009 and 18th December 2009.
The order does not contain any conditions concerning contractual fines.
The Issuer shall grant a 24-month long warranty for the realised works.
The Issuer shall acknowledge 10% of the equity capital, as a criterion for the acknowledgement of the above-mentioned order as significant.
