Update of the information concerning the financial leasing of Legnicka Park Popowice real estate in Wrocław

(the Issuer the Company) informs that on 28th January 2009 the Company sold the underground garage with 130 parking places to ING Lease (Poland) and realised a cession of securities resulting from agreements concerning the lease of office-services areas of the subjective real estate in Wrocław. The Company informed about the obligation of the Issuer in the current report of which mention has been made above.
